• The Trustee Board is responsible for the management, maintenance, and legal oversight of all church property and assets, ensuring they are properly cared for to support the church’s mission and ministry effectively. As stewards of the church’s physical and financial resources, trustees play a crucial role in preserving the integrity and sustainability of the church’s operations.
  
  Key Responsibilities:

• ✅ Property Management – Overseeing the upkeep, repairs, and maintenance of all church buildings, equipment, and grounds.
  ✅ Financial Oversight – Managing budgets related to property maintenance and ensuring wise stewardship of church assets.
  ✅ Legal Accountability – Acting as legal custodians of church property, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
  ✅ Reporting & Coordination – Providing regular updates to church leadership and collaborating with the pastor, church council, and finance committee.
  ✅ Future Planning – Assessing future property needs, expansions, and accessibility improvements to accommodate growth.
  
  Typical Duties:
