Key Responsibilities: -
✅ Property Management – Overseeing the upkeep, repairs, and maintenance of all church buildings, equipment, and grounds.
✅ Financial Oversight – Managing budgets related to property maintenance and ensuring wise stewardship of church assets.
✅ Legal Accountability – Acting as legal custodians of church property, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
✅ Reporting & Coordination – Providing regular updates to church leadership and collaborating with the pastor, church council, and finance committee.
✅ Future Planning – Assessing future property needs, expansions, and accessibility improvements to accommodate growth.
Typical Duties: -
